Dealer Trip - The Rules
To participate in the 2010-2011 TETCO Dealer Recognition Program and be eligible to win an
all expense paid trip each location must be enrolled in either the TETCO (administered by Ritter Associates)
or Chevron "Customer First" mystery shopper program. Locations must remain in the mystery shopper program for
the period November 1, 2010 through October 31, 2011 and remain in good credit standing.
Winners will be determined by the total points in the following categories:
Mystery Shopper and Image Evaluations
The total of all mystery shop and image evaluation scores for the program period will be averaged. No scores will be dropped.
Mystery Shop scores are from the TETCO program (administered by Ritter Associates) or the Chevron Customer First program. Image evaluation scores are from the individual brand programs.
Volume Growth
The station's total fuel percentage versus the prior year will be calculated using the following scale:
- <95% - 0 points
- 95% to 99.9% - 1 point
- 100% to 104.9% - 2 points
- >105% - 3 points
Volume points will be added to the total mystery shopper and image evaluation average for a total score.
Shopper scores are from the TETCO program (administered by Ritter Associates) or the Chevron Customer First program.
Image evaluation scores are from the individual brand programs.
Program Specifics
- The winning dealer/principle must be in good credit standing at the time of the trip to participate.
- The winning dealer/principle must be at the winning location at the time of the trip and have an executed motor fuels supply agreement with an expiration date no earlier than March 31, 2011 to participate.
- In case of ownership change mystery shopper scores are not transferable and the location is not eligible to participate.
- Participation in the trip will be limited to the operating dealer/principle or operating station manager and their spouse/guest.
- At the end of the program the winners will be notified. If the winner is unable to attend, the award is not transferable.
- Children will be allowed to attend the recognition trip if they stay in their parent’s room or in a room purchased by the winning dealer. All expenses for additional guests will be the responsibility of the dealer.
- To ensure maximum participation, a dealer may participate in the program at each of his/her multiple locations, but an individual dealer/principle will be allowed to win a maximum of two (2) trips.
- Locations must participate in brand promotions and be in compliance with brand image guidelines to participate.
